About Our Fulfillment Service
We use Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA), a professional order fulfillment service that handles your entire order automatically. When you place an order, AutoDS processes it using their own supplier accounts, manages payment, updates tracking, and handles returns and refunds professionally.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Only orders above $10 are eligible for returns due to processing costs
- Order must be marked as "Delivered" in our system
Non-Returnable Items
- Print on Demand and customized products cannot be returned due to personalization
- Items under $10 value
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
How Returns Work
Our FBA system handles the entire return process automatically:
- Contact us to initiate your return request
- We'll generate a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours
- Package your item securely and ship using our provided label
- Once the supplier receives and inspects the return, refunds are processed automatically
Refund Timeline
- Return label generation: 1-2 business days
- Supplier receives return: 5-10 business days after shipping
- Supplier inspection and approval: 1-5 business days
- Refund processing: 1-2 business days
- Total timeline: 1-3 weeks from return request to refund
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped through our automated system. However, you can decline delivery when the carrier attempts delivery, and the package will be returned automatically with the same refund timeline.
Damaged or Missing Items
Report issues within 7 business days of delivery with photos for faster processing. Our FBA system will handle the claim directly with suppliers.
Currency and Processing
All refunds are processed in USD through our managed balance system, then converted to your original payment method.
